Our Policies

By reading this policy notice and placing an order with Sheets at the Beach, LLC, you are hereby agreeing to its terms and conditions. You will also hold Sheets at the Beach, LLC, it’s members, and employees, harmless and not responsible for any damage, injury, or fatality caused by any items you have rented. We make it our strict policy to stay up to date with recalls and product malfunctions, but will not assume responsibility for any injury(ies) or death(s) caused by any items provided and rented through our company.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE LINENS AT THE END OF OUR STAY?

Laundry bags with the SAB logo are provided for you to put the dirty linens in, and we ask that you leave the laundry bags outside the property prior to your departure. There may also be a basket delivered if you ordered bath towels; this should be left outside with any and all laundry bags.

A $50.00 inconvenience fee in addition to a $5 per bed and/or bathroom will be charged if linens are not stripped from beds and towels, bath mats, are not removed from bathrooms and returned to the original laundry bags or containers in which they were delivered, and placed outside the property. Any and all rented items should be left outside the property along with the laundry bags and any baskets. A separate order will be generated and you will receive an email confirmation of the charge to your credit card for damaged or missing items.

If there are damaged or lost items, you, the renter, are responsible for the replacement cost per damaged or missing item.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND/OR PICK-UP OPTIONS?

Yes. However, due to a recent location change, and the [small] amount of in-store pickup options, we do not offer in-store pickup at this time. This may change in the future, but the new location is 5 miles west of Route 1, and therefore might be inconvenient for clients choosing this option. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

There is an additional fee for delivery, and those fees range from $17.00 to $25.00, depending on the town we are delivering to.

If the town in which you are staying is not listed in the drop-down delivery box, we do not service those areas. If you choose a delivery area close to the town you are staying in (i.e., you are renting in Millville, and put Bethany), an additional delivery fee of $10.00 will be charged to your credit card, or your order may be cancelled at our discretion.

If you are renting in the Fenwick/Selbyville area, we DO NOT deliver more than 2 (two) miles west of Route 1.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If there are damaged or lost items, you, the renter, are responsible for the replacement cost per damaged or missing item. A separate order will be generated and you will receive email confirmation of the charge to your credit card for damaged or missing items.

If you receive an item in poor or a concerning condition, you should contact Sheets at the Beach immediately for a replacement. Items are inspected and cleaned/sanitized prior to being placed back in inventory, rented back out and delivered, so if you do not contact Sheets at the Beach upon immediate receipt of any damaged/stained rental item(s), you will be held responsible for the damaged item(s), and will be charged for replacing the item at store retail cost upon our re-possession of the item and inspection at the end of your rental period.

What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation charge will be applied to all orders for rental products if the order is cancelled within 2-weeks prior to the rental check-in date, and will not exceed 25% of the original order.

All orders are to have final quantities confirmed with Sheets at the Beach, LLC by the customer at least 24 hours prior to rental date.

COVID-19 Policy: We understand the fears and concerns associated with the Coronavirus, however we are running a business and need to make sure we can stay open for during these unprecedented times. Our COVID policy is if the beaches, stores, and/or boardwalks are open and any Short-Term Rental bans are lifted, you will receive a 75% refund, no matter the cancellation time notice. If there is a stay-in-place or rental ban in effect, then you will get a full refund.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Delivery Policy

We only deliver to the Delaware beach resort areas (those explicitely listed on our Service Area page).

Delivery fees apply and can be selected as part of the checkout process. Rates vary depending on the area we are delivering to, ranging from $15 to $23, which includes drop-off and pick-up.

If the town in which you are staying is not listed in the drop-down delivery box, we do not service those areas. Deliveries begin at 10am and will continue until all deliveries are completed, but no later than 6pm on the same day. However, there may be deliveries that extend beyond the 6pm hour due to unforeseen events (traffic, emergency, etc), but we will try our hardest to have your order delivered within a reasonable time period.

Rental pick-ups will start at 9am at the end of your rental term. If you are ordering set-up service, please be aware that we may not be able to gain access prior to your arrival if you are renting through a private owner or if you fail to put access information in the appropriate section(s) during the checkout process. If access is not available at the property prior to your arrival, you will be notified at the phone number you have provided and other arrangements will be made.

Jack Lingo in Rehoboth, in most cases, does not allow early key pick up for my company, so if you are renting through this broker, please be aware that your items will be left outside the property; and if you are paying for set-up service, you will be credited for the bed setup fee (We will try to get in while the cleaning company is there, but cannot guarantee access will be granted).
