RENTAL POLICY: All rental items
will require pre-payment in the form of a major credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) or check. All checks must be received within seven (7) days
of rental order and no later than seven (7) days prior to rental
delivery date. All credit card information will be stored on our secure payment gateway through our merchant account (SSL Certificate #37068380). Your information will remain confidential and your credit card
will not be charged unless you either (i) purchase the rental order
with the credit card, or (ii) there is damage or loss to any of the
items, or if items are not returned to the original laundry bags or containers in which they were delivered upon your departure. If there are damaged or lost items, you, the renter, are
responsible for the replacement cost per damaged or missing item. A $25.00 fee will be charged if linens are not stripped from bed and
towels are not removed from bathrooms and returned to the original
laundry bags or containers in which they were delivered. A
separate order will be generated and you will receive email
confirmation of the charge to your credit card for damaged or missing
items. Please allow
a minimum of 48 hours for all internet orders. If you are ordering set-up service and access is not available at the property prior to your arrival, you will be notified at the phone number you have provided and other arrangements will be made. Cancellations: If rental order is canceled less than 48 hours of
reservation date, there will be a $20 restocking fee charged to the credit card you have supplied as payment or deposit. If you are placing an order within 24 hours of rental date, a $25 surcharge will be applied to the total balance. By reading this policy notice and placing an order with Sheets at the Beach, LLC, you are hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions. You will also hold Sheets at the Beach, LLC, it's members, and employees, harmless and not responsible for any damage or injury caused by any items you have rented. We make it our strict policy to stay up to date with recalls and product malfunctions, but will not assume responsibility for any injury(ies) or death(s) caused by any items provided and rented through our company.
